About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Participate in the entire sales process for Enterprise and Retail Key Accounts, from pitch to proposal preparation, RFQ response and contract preparation including customer documentation, internal coordination, liaising with legal, etc.
  • Support central back-office operations and customer queries including invoicing and reconciliation related matters when needed.
  • Oversee daily office management and administrative logistics to ensure an efficient and organized work environment.
  • Liaise with internal departments such as Product, Solutions, Legal, Finance, and Delivery to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
  • Administrative & Executive Support: Assist the French Country Manager and CRO with a variety of administrative and coordination tasks. Examples: coordinate calendar, travelling, meeting preparation, presentation design and preparation for internal and external meetings, etc.
  • Sales Performance & Data Analysis: Proactively develop and maintain Excel reports, utilizing advanced pivot tables and data analysis to provide actionable insights into sales performance.
  • Cross-Functional Project Management: Lead or contribute to initiatives aimed at process optimization, customer experience improvements, and digital innovation, acting as a liaison with the broader MotorK organisation.
  • Product Coordination (France & BENELUX): Act as a key bridge between the local Sales team and technical teams to collect and systematize feedback. Collaborate on the adaptation and localization of the company's product offering for the France and BENELUX markets, ensuring local market needs are integrated into product documentation and development requests.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Digital Industry Expertise: Solid understanding of the digital/tech sector landscape.
  • Analytical Rigor: Strong proficiency in data analysis and Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
  • Communication: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Languages: Full professional proficiency in English and Native-level French proficiency.
  • Problem Solving & Autonomy: Proven ability to manage complex tasks independently and contribute to solutions, demonstrating a high degree of coachability.
