About the role

  • We are seeking a strategic, results-driven, and creative Marketing Manager to lead the Marketing Department for SIXT Greece. This position plays a key role in enhancing brand visibility, driving customer acquisition, and ensuring consistent and innovative marketing initiatives across both rent-a-car and leasing services. You will manage a small but dynamic marketing team (2 direct reports) and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Develop and execute annual marketing plans aligned with business objectives and SIXT’s global brand guidelines
  • Coordinate and manage campaigns across ATL (Above The Line) and BTL (Below The Line) channels
  • Oversee performance-driven campaigns with a strong focus on SEA (Search Engine Advertising) and SEO to drive qualified traffic and conversions
  • Lead all social media strategy and content, managing both organic and paid campaigns
  • Analyze and report on campaign effectiveness, optimizing based on data and KPI
  • Ensure consistency in all messaging and visual identity across touchpoints
  • Manage copywriting and creative assets in collaboration with agencies or internal teams
  • Handle public relations and media activities as needed
  • Plan and execute event marketing activities, sponsorships, and activations aligned with the brand’s premium positioning
  • Oversee advertising and promotional presence in airports and high-impact locations
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-efficiency and ROI
  • Coordinate with agencies, media partners, and suppliers for timely and quality delivery
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the in-house marketing team
  • Foster collaboration, creativity, and a data-driven approach within the team

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Μarketing, including at least 2 years in a Marketing Manager role ideally in sectors such as mobility, travel, automotive, or premium services
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or another related field; Master’s degree is also preferred
  • Strong experience in digital marketing (SEO, SEA, social media) and campaign management
  • Proven track record in planning and executing ATL/BTL campaigns and events
  • Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills
  • Analytical mindset with experience in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both in Greek and English
