About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own Motivity’s positioning across buyers from solo BCBA practices to national operators
Build the enterprise category narrative around multi-site governance, audit readiness, and migration at scale
Own end-to-end product launch strategy and execution
Maintain the customer-facing changelog and plain-language product source of truth
Create sales enablement assets including one-pagers, pitch decks, demo scripts, solution briefs, battlecards, talk tracks, and proof points
Deliver internal launch training aligned across Sales, Product, and Marketing
Own competitive intelligence for ABA software and sharpen differentiation
Maintain ICP and persona documentation for Sales and Marketing
Partner with RevOps on win/loss analysis and feed insights into messaging, campaigns, and roadmap
Identify customers achieving outsized results for customer stories

Requirements

What you’ll need

3–5+ years of product marketing experience at a B2B SaaS/technology company
Must be able to explain product launches, positioning, field enablement, and resulting impact
Strong writing skills
Proven experience using AI tools to improve processes
Ability to own ambiguity and sequence work independently as the first person in the role
Genuine interest in regulated and clinically driven domains, including payer requirements, authorization utilization, and documentation compliance
Willingness to speak with customers directly and frequently
