About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and close business with Motive’s largest prospects
- Sell into Fortune 500 companies and other impactful companies in North America
- Prospect and win new Strategic business through developing key C-Suite relationships
- Partner with internal account team and leverage customer analytics
- Resolve problems using critical thinking and best solutions
- Work with technical resources to showcase integrations value
- Effectively plan to meet and exceed ongoing business goals and revenue quotas
- Develop a deep understanding of technology platform and operations
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of SaaS or industry relevant Enterprise field sales experience required
- Proven record of exceeding quotas and rapidly growing book over time backed by data
- Ability to build rapport with C-suite & executive decision-makers, influencing outcomes through understanding customer’s business
- History of working independently with a data-driven mindset for short, medium, and long-term sales goals
- Best-in-class communication skills
