About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build new UI components and customize existing ones to provide flexibility without compromising on simplicity
Integrate with third party API’s for both backend and frontend use cases
Work directly with internal and external stakeholders to manage projects
Shape our core product to ensure scalability and great user experience
Move the business forward by delighting our customers and our internal teams
Build robust integrations between Motive products, business systems, and third-party data sources to unlock speed and efficiency
Work in a small, elite, cross-functional, and dynamic engineering team where your contributions have an immediate and noticeable impact

Requirements

What you’ll need

1+ years of React experience
1+ years of backend development experience (Ruby on Rails and/or Python preferred)
Small startup experience (1-20 engineers)
Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented, with great follow-through.
