Key responsibilities & impact

Own the vision and execution of AI-powered vision & safety hardware
Set and articulate the product's vision
Drive New Product Introductions (NPIs) from ideation through implementation
Make trade-offs across AI computing, installation experience, form factor, battery, and connectivity
Define and prioritize firmware features
Write strong PRDs and technical specs
Collaborate across multiple product, engineering, and go-to-market teams
Define and analyze performance metrics
Drive go-to-market readiness

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of product management experience
Proven ownership of at least one full hardware NPI that reached material volume (ideally 100K+ units)
Strong technical fluency in full-stack IoT products
Deep familiarity with Edge AI and camera technology
Demonstrated ability to lead ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives
High “EQ” and ability to handle multiple competing priorities
Customer empathy paired with data fluency
Excellent written and verbal communication
BA/BS in Electrical Engineering/Computer Science/Industrial Design/Mechanical Engineering/Embedded Systems or related technical field
