About the role
- Own the full development cycle of prototyping / developing proof of concepts
- Collaborate with internal product managers and ESYS team to integrate key data sources into applications / agents
- Ensure agents and applications follow UX best practices
- Have a strong POV on when an agentic workflow is warranted vs a point solution
- Manage a provided cost envelope for production use cases
- Create and maintain documentation around launched solutions
- Train end-users on the usage of launched tools
- Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in LLM’s and agentic orchestration
Requirements
- 3-5 years of hands-on development experience in an enterprise environment while leveraging machine learning + AI models
- Strong understanding of AI fundamentals such as context windows, token consumption, compute cost, chunking, and performance benchmarks
- Understanding of API usage, limitations, and how to leverage API’s to aggregate data across multiple source platforms
- Understanding of scripting, SQL / SOQL, and Python fundamentals
- Experience leveraging prompt engineering to complete complex tasks
- Experience leveraging foundational models (Gemini, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Grok and others)
- Familiarity with the rapidly evolving agentic landscape, including orchestration layers, MCP, and Agent2Agent
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to a non-technical end user
