About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support Sales and Fulfillment teams through the quote-to-cash process
Ensure orders, accounts, and audit activities are completed accurately and on time
Use Salesforce and Zuora to investigate and resolve billing, payment, and account-related issues
Review billing accounts and audit records to identify discrepancies and validate data accuracy
Recommend appropriate escalation when needed
Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve casework and improve operational workflows
Support scalable process enhancements
Communicate status, issues, and findings clearly to stakeholders
Report to the Manager, Order Management Audit

Requirements

What you’ll need

Fresh Graduate with 6 Months - 1 years of experience in order management, audit, finance operations, billing operations, or a related business function
A background in Finance or Accounting is preferred
Solid understanding of billing flows, account analysis, or recurring contract structures
Working knowledge of CRM or business systems, preferably Salesforce
Ability to learn tools such as Zuora quickly
Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
Clear written and verbal communication skills in English
Judgment to solve issues independently and escalate when appropriate
Must be authorized to receive and access commodities and technologies controlled under U.S. Export Administration Regulations
