About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Contribute to ensuring compliance with contractual obligations related to the managed right-of-way areas
Monitor ancillary revenue, and identify opportunities and threats in the operating Business Unit
Interact with various departments within the concessionaire and with service companies
Support the Business Unit's institutional team on right-of-way matters
Participate in the administration of the Business Unit's right-of-way
Contribute to the dissemination of regulatory knowledge
Support the facilitation and implementation of projects for various clients

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Law, Business Administration, or related fields
Experience in highway right-of-way management
Experience in negotiation
Experience participating in the implementation of federal highway concessions
Knowledge of georeferencing and agile tools
