About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Contribute to ensuring compliance with contractual obligations related to the managed right-of-way areas
  • Monitor ancillary revenue, and identify opportunities and threats in the operating Business Unit
  • Interact with various departments within the concessionaire and with service companies
  • Support the Business Unit's institutional team on right-of-way matters
  • Participate in the administration of the Business Unit's right-of-way
  • Contribute to the dissemination of regulatory knowledge
  • Support the facilitation and implementation of projects for various clients

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Law, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Experience in highway right-of-way management
  • Experience in negotiation
  • Experience participating in the implementation of federal highway concessions
  • Knowledge of georeferencing and agile tools
