About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Contribute to ensuring compliance with contractual obligations related to the managed right-of-way areas
- Monitor ancillary revenue, and identify opportunities and threats in the operating Business Unit
- Interact with various departments within the concessionaire and with service companies
- Support the Business Unit's institutional team on right-of-way matters
- Participate in the administration of the Business Unit's right-of-way
- Contribute to the dissemination of regulatory knowledge
- Support the facilitation and implementation of projects for various clients
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Law, Business Administration, or related fields
- Experience in highway right-of-way management
- Experience in negotiation
- Experience participating in the implementation of federal highway concessions
- Knowledge of georeferencing and agile tools
