About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Ensure project and portfolio governance, guaranteeing information quality and consistency, monitoring rituals, executive reporting, and adherence to project management best practices.
  • Oversee project execution and performance, including schedules, costs (CAPEX/fixed assets), KPIs, risks, impediments, and corrective actions to improve delivery success rates.
  • Support leaders and project managers in decision-making through portfolio organization, management analyses, strategic recommendations, and implementation of corporate guidelines.
  • Develop, standardize, and evolve PMO processes, tools, and practices, leading continuous improvement initiatives, capacity building, training, and project management workshops.
  • Act as a communication facilitator among stakeholders, including reporting on high-complexity projects and contractual risk to Technology and Digital leadership.
  • Assume compliance and anti-bribery responsibilities, complying with ISO 37301 and ISO 37001 standards, participating in mandatory training, and ensuring the compliance of activities under your management.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Required knowledge and certifications.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and MS Project.
  • Assertive communication skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of project management (both traditional and agile approaches).
  • Advanced knowledge of financial mathematics.
  • Strong critical analysis skills and the ability to synthesize information.
