About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive the digital transformation of the CSC (Shared Services Center) by establishing a technical cell within the CSC directorate and mobilizing CSC areas to identify and pursue automation, data and digitization opportunities;
  • Act as a change agent, promoting a data- and technology-driven culture across the CSC ecosystem;
  • Upskill and raise the technical level of the CSC Tech business team in core competencies, including RPA, Data/Analytics and customer service tools and AI;
  • Ensure the technical autonomy of the cell by establishing quality standards and best practices for documentation and development;
  • Manage projects from identification—cataloging them, creating business cases, prioritizing and overseeing development;
  • Perform capacity analysis, assessing whether internal workforce capacity is sufficient for demands and conducting make-or-buy evaluations if temporary/third-party labor is needed to achieve CSC results;
  • Orchestrate the demand pipeline, ensuring resources are allocated to projects with the highest impact and ROI;
  • Serve as the strategic link between CSC business areas and Motiva's IT team;
  • Define governance for request handling and prioritization to be addressed by the CSC Tech cell or routed to IT teams;
  • Translate technical terms for business stakeholders and vice versa;
  • Ability to understand the business problem/need and match it with the best technical solution.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering;
  • Experience in Project Management (traditional and/or Agile);
  • Knowledge of or certifications in RPA solutions (UiPath, Python);
  • Familiarity with customer service tools (automated workflows, chatbots, etc.);
  • Knowledge of databases;
  • English (intermediate);
  • Experience as a Tech Lead or Solutions Architect;
