About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as the focal point supporting the structuring and standardization of the asset hierarchy in SAP PM
Perform validations and audits to ensure the quality of master data in the ERP
Assist with approvals of SAP requests linked to Conecta
Register new assets and installation locations associated with projects
Request IT to create accounts and grant access for new employees in SAP and integrated systems
Support the extraction of alerts for underutilization or overloading of man-hours (HH) generated by the FSM
Provide basic technical-operational support, including training for third parties and new users
Support the Analyst/Supervisor by extracting data to identify discrepancies between the HH planned in SAP PM and the actual HH executed in the field

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed technical education in Electrical, Electromechanical, Mechanical, or related areas
Computer skills (MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Customer service experience
Knowledge of SAP PM
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electromechanical, Mechanical, or related areas (advantage)
Experience in Maintenance Planning and Control (advantage)
Monitoring and telemetry systems – Zabbix/Grafana (advantage)
Failure analysis and reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) (advantage)
Supervisory systems (SCADA - Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) (advantage)
