About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support compliance with current standards by monitoring applicable legal requirements and their outcomes for Motiva Rodovias and its assets;
- Resolve irregularities and reduce process risks by leading the nonconformity treatment process, its outcomes and follow-ups;
- Ensure governance and compliance of processes by planning and implementing the audit program;
- Implement the Integrated Management System using planning, action, control and process standardization tools;
- Ensure alignment of Motiva Rodovias' processes from Quality, Safety and Environmental perspectives, managing certifications related to Motiva Rodovias' processes for quality, safety and environment;
- Provide diagnosis and management review of the Integrated Management System (SGI) to immediate leadership and departmental management, supporting leadership by conducting management reviews of the integrated management system;
- Ensure execution of external audits, internal IMS audits, corporate audits and ad-hoc internal audits of processes/procedures, and manage the treatment of findings and observations identified during audits, ensuring proper handling of issues with the responsible parties (nonconformities and opportunities for improvement), monitoring compliance with agreed deadlines, managing associated risks with immediate actions and implementing root-cause and broader corrective actions across other processes and assets of the airport division;
- Train or support all employees in trainings related to the Integrated Management System, qualifying employees of the highways division and its assets and third parties, including the internal auditor team, and internally managing the schedules and execution of corporate, ad-hoc and certification audits;
- Provide support to management in implementing new IMS processes and deploying improvements with the areas through internal training, committee formation, refresher courses, external consultancy, etc.;
- Operate and monitor processes with a corporate view, considering assets in an integrated way and throughout their lifecycle, ensuring strategic alignment, operational efficiency and sustainable value generation, according to Motiva Rodovias' management model.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Quality Management or related areas;
- Intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office skills;
- Valid CNH Category B driver's license;
- Auditor training/certification;
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001;
- Availability to travel;
- Availability to work in Jundiaí, SP (São Paulo, Brazil).
