About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Contribute to ensuring compliance with contractual obligations related to the right-of-way areas under management;
  • Monitor ancillary revenue, opportunities and threats identified within the Business Unit;
  • Support the Business Unit's institutional team on right-of-way matters;
  • Participate in the management of the Business Unit's right-of-way areas;
  • Contribute to the dissemination of regulatory knowledge;
  • Support the enabling of projects for various clients by identifying opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Law, Business Administration or related fields;
  • Experience in highway right-of-way management;
  • Experience in negotiation;
  • Participation in the implementation of federal highway concessions (differential/plus);
  • Knowledge of georeferencing and agile tools (differential/plus).
