About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the organization and maintenance of employees' occupational health records, contributing to compliance with local and national regulations;
  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of occupational health programs, including training, risk assessments and audits;
  • Monitor and document occupational health incidents, including workplace accidents and occupational illnesses;
  • Assist in coordinating occupational medical examinations, ensuring all employees receive regular health assessments;
  • Help prepare reports and statistics related to occupational health for management;
  • Assist in managing occupational health service providers, ensuring all services are delivered according to agreed standards;
  • Help implement occupational health policies and procedures, ensuring employees are aware of and understand their responsibilities;
  • Assist with investigations of occupational health incidents, including collecting information, interviewing employees and preparing incident reports;
  • Support employee wellness programs, including promotion of healthy lifestyles and disease prevention;
  • Assist in maintaining safety equipment and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), ensuring all items are in good condition and available when needed;
