About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinate the engineering projects area for Motiva Rodovias' Business Units (concessionaires), overseeing execution and approval of engineering projects for planned investments (CAPEX), ensuring their quality, schedules and costs to maximize the results of the Motiva Group's Business Units.
Lead, assess resource needs, allocate workloads and direct the team to achieve team targets.
Define strategic and integrated engineering design solutions to ensure alignment with the Business Plan.
Monitor project progress at all stages, including approval processes and specific certifications.
Work with representatives of the granting authority to defend Motiva Rodovias' interests.
Promote continuous improvement of processes within the team, fostering an environment conducive to generating and implementing improvements and innovative solutions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
Multidisciplinary experience in large-scale projects (R$ > 10MM) and construction works (> R$1BN), preferably related to infrastructure developments
Experience with road infrastructure projects
Strong command of project management concepts
Availability to work in Jundiaí, SP - Hybrid work arrangement
Advanced English; intermediate Spanish is a plus
Knowledge of BIM concepts and tools is a plus
Experience in CAPEX modeling/analysis for new business related to civil construction is a plus
