Interference Engineering Analyst (Mid-level)

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the relocation processes for utility and concessionaire interferences, including power, sanitation, telecommunications, gas and other concessionaires;
- Track requests, technical proposals, schedules and negotiations related to construction interferences;
- Facilitate the interface between internal teams such as Projects, Implementation, Integration and Right-of-Way, contributing to technical and operational alignments;
- Participate in the analysis of projects, registrations, field data and technical documentation related to existing occupancies within the right-of-way;
- Contribute to identifying risks and impacts of interferences on works, supporting the planning of solutions and schedules;
- Prepare, organize and control technical and administrative documentation related to the area’s processes;
- Support the physical and financial monitoring of relocation processes;
- Contribute to the organization, traceability and continuous improvement of the area’s processes and information.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or related fields;
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office;
- Analytical and organized profile;
- Good communication and strong interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple areas and stakeholders;
- Interest in process management and infrastructure;
- Availability to work in Jundiaí/SP or Santa Isabel/SP;
- Desirable: knowledge of BIM;
- Experience with document control and monitoring technical processes;
- Knowledge of management tools, BI or data analysis;
- Ability to read and interpret infrastructure projects;
- Knowledge of energy, sanitation, gas or telecommunications networks;
- Experience in infrastructure construction, utility companies or interference relocation projects;
