About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Prepare procurement/tender documentation for projects;
Technically evaluate highway expansion projects (road widening/dual carriageway conversions, interchanges, additional lanes, devices, etc.);
Manage functional and executive design contracts;
Ensure compliance with internal governance, Compliance and management improvement programs;
Ensure that the expectations and needs of the Concessionaires are met;
Ensure Lessons Learned are recorded and disseminated, preserving know-how for the company.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering;
Knowledge of highway/roadway design projects;
Experience in project management for road infrastructure;
Valid Category B driver’s license (CNH “B”) — availability to travel;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
Specialization / Postgraduate degree in Project Management;
Knowledge of BIM is desirable.
