About the role

  • Responsible for the planning, governance and technical control of risk and lifecycle management for the concession's civil assets.
  • Act as the interface between field technical execution and strategic management, ensuring that maintenance activities (preventive, corrective and predictive) are performed according to quality standards, contractual deadlines and budget targets, using project management methodologies.
  • Governance and Methodology (PMO): Establish and monitor maintenance performance KPIs; develop control dashboards (S-Curve, productivity and cost metrics); and ensure standardization of asset management processes.
  • Strategic Planning: Prepare the annual and multi-year master maintenance schedule, prioritizing interventions based on a criticality and risk matrix.
  • Contract and Third-Party Management: Contribute to the preparation of technical scopes for procurement, validate measurements and oversee contractors' compliance with SLAs (Service Level Agreements).
  • Deviation Analysis: Identify bottlenecks in maintenance projects, propose corrective action plans and manage changes (scope creep) that may impact the concession contract.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • Experience in concession contract management
  • Experience in maintenance planning, asset management or engineering methodologies
  • Knowledge of maintenance performance indicators and analysis
  • Postgraduate degree or specialization in Project Management (PMO) or Infrastructure
  • Experience with BI tools and data analysis
  • Intermediate English
