About the role

  • Act as BIM Manager for highway concessions, applying and leading digital transformation strategy across concessions, ensuring implementation, standardization, and governance of BIM and related technologies.
  • Develop, establish, and manage the Concession BIM Execution Plan for subcontractors.
  • Develop, establish, and manage the Concession BIM Development Plan for the Granting Authority.
  • Participate in the development of Information Requirements based on ISO 19650 for procurement of services.
  • Provide guidance and assist with quality control of deliverables.
  • Update and manage the Project Information Matrix.
  • Facilitate the interface and communication between Technology and Engineering teams.
  • Provide technical support on legal and institutional matters related to newly adopted processes.
  • Provide technological support to resolve conflicts with design firms by establishing design guidelines and solutions.
  • Ensure that the expectations and needs of the concessionaires are met regarding the value resulting from digital engineering processes and applied information technology.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Transportation Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience managing BIM projects in highway/roadway infrastructure.
  • Proficiency in at least one BIM authoring tool.
  • Knowledge of ABNT ISO 19650.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Availability for hybrid work in Jundiaí, SP.
  • Specialization in BIM (advantage).
  • Knowledge of Autodesk Civil 3D (advantage).
  • Knowledge of Dynamo for Civil 3D (advantage).
  • ISO 19650 certification (advantage).
  • Applied knowledge of Autodesk ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud) (advantage).
