About the role

  • Develop, establish and manage the Concession’s BIM Execution Plan for subcontractors.
  • Ensure compliance with the Concession’s BIM Development Plan vis-à-vis the Granting Authority.
  • Participate in developing Information Requirements based on ISO 19650 for service procurement.
  • Provide guidance and assist in quality control of deliverables.
  • Update and manage the Project Information Matrix.
  • Facilitate interface and communication between Technology and Engineering teams.
  • Provide technical support on legal and institutional matters related to newly adopted processes.
  • Provide technological support to resolve conflicts with construction contractors, establishing work guidelines and solutions.
  • Ensure that concessionaires’ expectations and requirements are met regarding the outcomes of digital engineering and applied information technology processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Transportation Engineering, or related fields.
  • Experience in BIM construction management.
  • Proficiency in at least one BIM software.
  • Knowledge of ABNT ISO 19650.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Availability for hybrid work in Jundiaí, SP.
