About the role

  • Support the pavement rehabilitation team in preparing standards, documents, protocols, and metrics
  • Research new technologies, differentiated engineering solutions, and innovations
  • Lead the Pavements area in the technological transformation of Motiva’s processes
  • Monitor the physical progress of investments made in pavement rehabilitation
  • Ensure an environment that optimizes interventions
  • Facilitate communication between the Pavement Rehabilitation team and contractors
  • Track the evolution of technological solutions adopted during the concession
  • Enhance the medium- and long-term outlook for the delivery of engineering services

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
  • Experience with Geographic Information Systems (GIS)
  • Knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and MS Project
  • Familiarity with databases, Power BI, and Artificial Intelligence
  • Availability to work in Sorocaba, SP - Hybrid work arrangement
  • PMI and Agile project management (preferred)
  • Pavement design/project preparation (preferred)
  • Supervision/monitoring of pavement construction works (preferred)
