About the role

  • Ensure the implementation and compliance of the processes under your responsibility, promoting their dissemination and delivering training through tools and reports targeted to the different stakeholder audiences;
  • Ensure that all requirements necessary for process execution are planned, monitored, controlled and delivered in accordance with the Project Management Governance guidelines;
  • Support involved leadership by monitoring and controlling processes, reporting performance indicators (KPIs) to provide visibility, transparency and confidence for decision-making;
  • Strategically align the stakeholders of the processes under your responsibility, leading actions that ensure engagement and coherence with organizational objectives;
  • Contribute to the development of the PMO team and involved audiences by providing refresher training and acting as the focal point for clarifying doubts and aligning best practices;
  • Foster continuous improvement of project management processes through performance monitoring and proactive interaction with internal clients, identifying opportunities for optimization and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • Knowledge of Project Management
  • Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Project, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Basic knowledge of financial mathematics
  • Project Management certification (PMP) - preferred
  • Knowledge of Risk Management - preferred
  • SAP knowledge - preferred
  • FEL (Front-End Loading) project development methodology - preferred
