About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure the implementation and compliance of the processes under your responsibility, promoting their dissemination and delivering training through tools and reports targeted to the different stakeholder audiences;
Ensure that all requirements necessary for process execution are planned, monitored, controlled and delivered in accordance with the Project Management Governance guidelines;
Support involved leadership by monitoring and controlling processes, reporting performance indicators (KPIs) to provide visibility, transparency and confidence for decision-making;
Strategically align the stakeholders of the processes under your responsibility, leading actions that ensure engagement and coherence with organizational objectives;
Contribute to the development of the PMO team and involved audiences by providing refresher training and acting as the focal point for clarifying doubts and aligning best practices;
Foster continuous improvement of project management processes through performance monitoring and proactive interaction with internal clients, identifying opportunities for optimization and efficiency.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Engineering
Knowledge of Project Management
Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Project, Word, PowerPoint)
Basic knowledge of financial mathematics
Project Management certification (PMP) - preferred
Knowledge of Risk Management - preferred
SAP knowledge - preferred
FEL (Front-End Loading) project development methodology - preferred
