About the role

  • Prepare documentation for project procurements/tenders;
  • Technically evaluate highway expansion projects (road duplication/dual carriageways, interchanges, additional lanes, traffic devices, etc.);
  • Manage contracts for functional and detailed design projects;
  • Ensure compliance with internal governance, Compliance and management improvement programs;
  • Ensure that the expectations and needs of the Concessionaires are met;
  • Ensure that lessons learned are recorded and disseminated, preserving and transferring know‑how within the company.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering;
  • Knowledge of highway/road design projects;
  • Experience in project management for road infrastructure;
  • Valid driver’s license (CNH category B) — availability to travel;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
  • Specialization / Postgraduate degree in Project Management;
  • Availability to work in Jundiaí, SP (São Paulo) — Hybrid work arrangement.
