About the role

  • Support the execution of advertising campaigns (online and offline) and brand activations.
  • Support monitoring of established guidelines for websites and the mobile app, ensuring alignment with brand communication.
  • Support social media content, track deadlines, follow up on deliveries from involved teams and assist in the approvals workflow.
  • Manage deadlines, schedules, spreadsheets and tracking tools.
  • Organize files, materials and versions, ensuring an efficient workflow, updated records and support for presentations.
  • Ensure correct application of the brand and visual identity in materials and external communications.
  • Prepare briefs for external communication deliverables, overseeing the entire process with communication vendors.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic knowledge of digital communication and social media.
  • Familiarity with online and offline advertising campaigns.
  • Organized and able to work with deadlines, schedules and controls.
  • Degree in Social Communication, Advertising, Marketing or related fields preferred.
  • Experience working in Communication and Marketing.
