About the role

  • Analyze and process matters related to the right-of-way, ensuring that all activities comply with technical standards and regulations of the logistics and transportation sector;
  • Guide inspections of the right-of-way to ensure the safety and efficiency of operations involving third parties;
  • Evaluate and recommend approval of proposals for interventions in the right-of-way, considering potential impacts on mobility and the company’s overall operations;
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures for effective right-of-way management, including risk identification and mitigation;
  • Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure effective integration and coordination of right-of-way activities;
  • Contribute to right-of-way expansion projects developed by the engineering core, ensuring projects are designed to maximize commercial use of the shared right-of-way;
  • Perform procedural and financial analyses to support strategic decision-making related to the right-of-way;
  • Provide technical guidance and training to the team, promoting skills development and adherence to quality standards;
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and developments, applying new knowledge to improve right-of-way operations;
  • Prepare and present regular reports on the performance and progress of right-of-way activities to management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with right-of-way management
  • Knowledge of engineering tools (AutoCAD, ArcGIS, or others)
