About the role

  • Collect, organize and process data from multiple sources;
  • Update and maintain reports and dashboards in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Power BI;
  • Support the analysis of performance indicators (KPIs), identifying deviations and opportunities for improvement;
  • Consolidate information and prepare management presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint;
  • Assist in automating routines and standardizing reports;
  • Ensure the quality, consistency and integrity of data used in analyses;
  • Support the monitoring of action plans and timelines for the teams involved;
  • Provide internal teams with information and analyses to support decision-making;
  • Support continuous improvement of processes, controls and operational flows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (completed);
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables and data analysis);
  • Basic/intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Power BI (creating dashboards and reports);
  • Basic understanding of data analysis and interpretation (indicators and KPIs);
  • Basic knowledge of artificial intelligence tools applied to work (automation, analysis and support for generating insights);
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Power Apps for creating and maintaining simple applications;
  • Previous experience in data analysis;
  • Knowledge of the airport environment;
  • Experience or knowledge in Airport Emergency Response (REA);
  • Familiarity with operational and/or regulatory indicators;
  • Basic knowledge of SQL or data automation.
