About the role

  • Analyze and interpret concession contracts, ensuring that all parties comply with the established terms and conditions as well as applicable laws and regulations;
  • Support economic and financial analyses and the structuring of claims for contract rebalancing;
  • Prepare technical reports with an economic and financial focus;
  • Identify and assess risks associated with the concession contract, proposing mitigation strategies to protect the company’s interests;
  • Draft letters and documents in line with the Concessionaire’s strategies;
  • Provide legal and contractual support for managerial and coordination decisions;
  • Assist internal teams to ensure fulfillment of contractual obligations;
  • Support interface with the Granting Authority and Management studies, ensuring compliance with obligations agreed in the Concession Contract.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Law, Finance, Business Management or related fields;
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite;
  • Postgraduate specialization in Contract Management, Finance or related areas preferred;
  • Knowledge of accounting concepts (cash flow, income statement / P&L, depreciation, amortization, etc.);
  • Proficiency in Power BI;
  • Experience in the metro-rail sector or urban mobility.
