About the role

  • Lead procurement/tender processes in coordination with the Supply team.
  • Manage contracts related to the area.
  • Responsible for technical specifications as well as defining SLAs.
  • Conduct tender processes (RFQs, RFPs), defining the best proposal models.
  • Financially responsible for closings, variances and justifications; prepare reports for unit directors and present financial indicators.
  • Manage the area's Capex and act as the focal point for the Highway units.
  • Lead all projects in the area and manage Opex for all expenses.
  • Lead benchmarking processes and the search for solutions focused on innovation and cost efficiency.
  • Negotiate annual operating budgets with clients, ensuring cost efficiency, their preparation, and compliance.
  • Promote the search for new suppliers and contracting models.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Specialization in Project Management or related areas.
  • Proven experience in financial planning.
  • Experience leading teams.
  • Experience with data analysis.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Availability to work in Jundiaí, SP, Brazil.
