About the role
- Plan logistics operations, contributing to the efficiency and timeliness of services provided.
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize operational processes, reduce costs and improve service quality.
- Analyze and monitor logistics performance indicators, identifying improvement opportunities and proposing corrective actions when necessary.
- Prepare management reports on logistics activities, providing accurate information to support strategic decision-making.
- Use the inventory replenishment procedure, configuring the ERP/SAP system based on specific statistical algorithms to ensure accuracy and efficiency in inventory control.
- Continuously monitor and adjust system parameters to reflect variations in demand and material consumption, ensuring the material master data is always updated and aligned with Motiva's guidelines.
- Analyze historical data and consumption trends to forecast future needs, minimizing stockouts and optimizing inventory levels.
- Collaborate with other company areas to integrate information and improve forecast accuracy, contributing to operational efficiency and cost reduction.
- Promote training for the logistics team, guiding best practices and operational procedures.
- Ensure execution of activities related to the materials sales process, efficiently coordinating interaction among third parties, customers and internal teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed: Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
- Experience in materials management.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse operations.
- Familiarity with goods receipt and issue documentation (invoices).
- Experience with procurement and materials planning (MRP).
- Participation in automation projects, change initiatives, or process reviews.
- Availability to work in Jundiaí, SP.
