About the role
- Plan and execute user research studies (interviews, usability tests, surveys)
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify user needs and pain points
- Present research findings to stakeholders with clear recommendations
- Collaborate with Product and Design teams to translate insights into features
- Maintain research repositories and user personas
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research
Requirements
- 2+ years in UX research or related field
- Degree or advanced studies in Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, UX Research, or related field
- High-level English proficiency required (C1/C2)
- Must conduct meetings with native English speakers regularly
- Experience with research methodologies (qualitative and quantitative)
- Proficiency with research tools (UserTesting, Maze, Hotjar, etc.)
- Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities
- Comfortable working in fast-paced startup environments
- Preferred: Experience with SaaS or marketing technology products
- Data analysis skills (SQL, analytics platforms)
- Remote work experience with international teams
- Portfolio demonstrating research impact on product decisions
