Requirements

  • 2+ years in UX research or related field
  • Degree or advanced studies in Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, UX Research, or related field
  • High-level English proficiency required (C1/C2)
  • Must conduct meetings with native English speakers regularly
  • Experience with research methodologies (qualitative and quantitative)
  • Proficiency with research tools (UserTesting, Maze, Hotjar, etc.)
  • Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced startup environments
  • Preferred: Experience with SaaS or marketing technology products
  • Data analysis skills (SQL, analytics platforms)
  • Remote work experience with international teams
  • Portfolio demonstrating research impact on product decisions
