Full-stack Engineer

• Lead a team of Software/Platform Engineers in Singapore, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
• Lead the Engineering Enablement and Productivity function of the Developer Platform group - defining strategy, setting KPIs and reporting on progress.
• Architect, design and develop tools and systems that optimizes the development lifecycle, including developer portals, build systems, toolchains and code quality tools and internal libraries.
• Architect, design and build the next generation of productivity metrics reporting system.
• Work closely with engineering teams around the world (US, Singapore) to understand their needs, identify pain-points and lead initiatives to improve their development workflows.
• Partner with DevOps/SRE team to develop and maintain automation, services and bots to reduce developer toil.
• Work with domain experts across the organization to establish and promote best practices for software.
• Collaborate across the organization to identify pain points and drive initiatives that empower teams to deliver on Motional’s mission.
