Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven Leadership: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within the food and beverage industry. A strong track record of motivating and developing teams to achieve results.
Operational Expertise: Demonstrated ability to manage day-to-day operations, oversee food and beverage tasks, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Strategic Planning: Experience with revenue tracking, profit maximization strategies, and budget adherence.
Exceptional Customer Focus: Passion for creating a welcoming and positive customer experience.
Coaching & Development: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to mentor and support team members.
Safety & Compliance: Understanding of food safety regulations and ability to ensure adherence.
Weekend & Holiday Availability: Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
