Administrative Assistant

• Maintain a professional, organized, and inviting office environment.
• Serve as the primary facilities liaison with building management and external contractors for maintenance, repairs, security, and cleaning services.
• Manage all office amenities, including coordinating team lunches and stocking and maintaining inventory of snacks, drinks, and coffee.
• Collaborate with Finance to oversee office finances, including managing all vendor relationships, handling office ordering, placing supply orders, and processing expense reports with detailed receipt tracking.
• Provide proactive, high-level administrative and executive support to leadership, including complex calendar management, coordinating domestic and international travel logistics, and administering detailed expense reports.
• Act as a focal point of contact for directors, helping them scale their time and focus by managing administrative tasks and acting as a proxy when necessary.

• Build and nurture top-of-funnel pipelines for GTM roles (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships) and keep a pulse on the broader market.

• Research markets and competitors to uncover talent pools and provide insights that shape hiring strategy.

GTM Sourcer

Product Manager

• MotherDuck: building a cloud-hosted version of DuckDB to unify local development with cloud operations for analytics.
• Build Core Platform features for scale, observability, and control to manage a fleet of workloads on MotherDuck.
• Deeply understand the needs, pain points, and behaviors of data warehousing customers and translate them into clear product direction.
• Partner closely with Engineering and Go-to-Market teams to refine and ship quality features quickly that solve high-priority problems.
• Proactively drive the product development lifecycle from ideation through launch to continuous improvement.
• Own market research as a subject matter expert to uncover insights and identify new features and architectural opportunities.
• Craft and communicate a compelling product roadmap, balancing existing customers and prospects to improve product adoption.
• Use quantitative and qualitative data to inform hypotheses, experiments, and product tradeoffs while delivering elegant solutions for customers.
• Hybrid role based out of Seattle, New York City, or San Francisco with a three-days-per-week in-office expectation.

• Identify & Qualify Opportunities: Listen actively, ask great questions, and determine if a prospect is a strong fit for MotherDuck’s solutions.

• As our Controller, you won’t just be keeping the books balanced; you’ll be building the financial foundation that supports our growth and culture. • Key Responsibilities:
- Exercise agency: Own all aspects of accounting operations including GL, AP/AR, payroll, and expense management, designing processes that fit our unique needs.
