About the role
- Manage projects across multiple work streams from concept to launch; initiate, plan, monitor progress, and close projects within predefined time, cost, and scope
- Actively manage risks by identifying potential issues, implementing mitigating actions, and preparing proposals for decision-makers
- Define optimal processes, assemble the right team members, and facilitate clear communication channels to foster both backward and forward learning
- Balance the needs of project teams and stakeholders by understanding their requirements, expectations, and needs, internally and externally
- Champion and own the new project management system, including process training to new MOTHs and providing input to improve current ways of working
- Embed a strong project management culture and act as the go-to expert for project delivery across the business
- Report to Head of Product Development & Innovation; no direct reports; some travel required
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience leading multiple high-visibility and complex projects overseeing the entire supply chain within the FMCG industry
- Track record of embedding and championing a strong project management culture within an organization
- Motivated to push boundaries, drive ambitious outcomes, and embrace lessons from every setback
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders across diverse backgrounds and communication styles
