Key responsibilities & impact

Provide a consultative approach by partnering with clients to produce exceptional results
Partner with our clients to help configure and advise on UKG Pro WFM solutions
Demonstrate a comfortable ability working across many verticals such as Hospitality, Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing, and Production
Build meaningful relationships with clients and advise how to use UKG systems
Assist in mentoring other WFM Consultant teammates
Draw on industry and WFM expertise to develop, maintain, and implement WFM solutions
Use system analysis techniques to determine software specifications
Document, analyze, test, and modify WFM system

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of HRIS consulting experience
Expert UKG Core and Advanced Scheduling configuration
Ability to work fully remote and travel up to 40% as needed for client work
A completed Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University (nice to haves)
UKG Core and Advanced Scheduling certifications (nice to haves)
