About the role
- Lead project team in analysis, design, development, testing and implementation efforts for projects
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal team members and our clients
- Present and own budgets for the life cycle of the project
- Ensure appropriate use of Mosaic’s project management tools, guidelines, and methodologies
- Develop, define and execute project plan, scope and deliverables
- Identify and track issues or obstacles to the project, assess impact and execute a timely resolution
Requirements
- 3+ years of implementation/consulting project management experience
- 3+ years of HCM implementation experience
- Ability to work fully remote and travel up to 40% as needed for client work
- A completed Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University (Nice to have)
- CAPM or PMP certification (Nice to have)
- Experience working with UKG products (Nice to have)
