Key responsibilities & impact

Lead project team in analysis, design, development, testing and implementation efforts for projects
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal team members and our clients
Present and own budgets for the life cycle of the project
Ensure appropriate use of Mosaic’s project management tools, guidelines, and methodologies
Develop, define and execute project plan, scope and deliverables
Identify and track issues or obstacles to the project, assess impact and execute a timely resolution

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of implementation/consulting project management experience
3+ years of HCM implementation experience
Ability to work fully remote and travel up to 40% as needed for client work
A completed Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University (Nice to have)
CAPM or PMP certification (Nice to have)
Experience working with UKG products (Nice to have)
