About the role
- Improve seller effectiveness across Mosai’s commercial organization
- Partner with sales leadership to define and implement enablement priorities aligned to GTM strategy
- Develop and deliver training programs (onboarding, ongoing enablement, product updates, playbook adoption)
- Support frontline managers with rep coaching frameworks, tools, and best practices
- Reinforce adoption of the sales playbook, messaging, and sales process
- Serve as the central owner of sales collateral strategy and governance
- Partner with Marketing and Product to identify gaps in current materials and develop new content
Requirements
- 4-7+ years of SaaS sales/account management, sales enablement, or related commercial experience
- Experience selling into home-based healthcare, the broader healthcare industry, or health technology organizations is strongly preferred
- Comfortable operating in regulated industries and in private equity–backed or high-growth environments, with a data-driven and cross-functional leadership style
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
- Experience managing both enterprise and scaled (SMB) motions
