About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and execute integrated strategic and tactical marketing plans in collaboration with Medical Affairs, Sales, Market Access, and global marketing teams.
  • Act as the brand champion and ensure consistent positioning and messaging.
  • Lead successful product launches, working closely with local and global stakeholders.
  • Develop market insights, customer segmentation strategies, and data-driven marketing approaches.
  • Create and execute omnichannel campaigns across digital, events, educational initiatives, and other channels.
  • Support sales teams with effective tools, resources, insights, and engagement strategies.
  • Improve sales force effectiveness through analytics, training initiatives, and strategic programs.
  • Manage external agencies and partners to deliver high-quality marketing activities.
  • Develop content for internal, HCP, patient, and disease awareness communication channels.
  • Organize congress activities, webinars, symposium, and other engagement initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and external experts.
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective resource allocation.
  • Ensure all activities comply with pharmaceutical regulations and internal review processes.
  • Partner closely with Medical Affairs to develop patient support initiatives.
