About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as Customer Relationship Manager for assigned business groups.
- Drive results against defined staffing goals, maintaining a strong focus on outcomes, speed, and quality of hire.
- Own and refine staffing priorities aligned to the business.
- Design and drive sourcing initiatives to attract and engage top-tier talent aligned with organizational goals.
- Lead weekly customer relationship meetings and own staffing reports and progress updates.
- Own full-cycle recruiting execution, including sourcing, and staffing positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to define and execute recruitment and selection strategies.
- Lead negotiation and management of external recruiting resources.
- Own offer recommendations, in partnership with hiring managers.
- Develop and continually evolve talent sourcing strategies (direct recruiting, career fairs, digital sourcing, etc.).
Requirements
What you’ll need- Demonstrate strong willingness to learn the business and develop deep understanding of each role to effectively identify and attract top-tier talent.
- Ability to recommend hiring decisions to upper management.
- Results-driven mindset with a history of achieving recruiting performance benchmarks.
- Proficiency in PC and widely used software packages (Excel, MS Word, HRIS/database)
- Active listening skills and effective communication, openness to diverse input and feedback
- Experience within renewables and/or construction sectors preferred, bringing insight into industry standards and best practices.
- Exhibits intellectual curiosity and an eagerness to understand processes, people, and challenges at a deeper level.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field (for Talent Acquisition Specialist role)
- Minimum four years recruiting/HR experience or combination of higher education and experience (for Talent Acquisition Specialist role)
- Minimum seven years recruiting/HR experience or combination of higher education and experience (for Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist role)
