About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build relationships with key stakeholders and work collaboratively to realize solutions that maximize business performance
- Interpret and analyze information from the analyst team and report findings to leadership to aide in decision making and policy formulation
- Partner with HR partners and leadership to model the outcome of potential business strategies and implement actions based on information collected and current trends to maximize business performance
- Consume and consolidate large amounts of data into centralized, sustainable, and repeatable measurements
- Apply and integrate statistical, mathematical, predictive modeling and business analysis to manage and manipulate complex high-volume data from a variety of sources
- Develop, analyze, and model operational, economic, management, and other organizational data
- Quantify the competitive performance of business segments
- Evaluate potential operational changes
- Design new approaches and methodologies
- Provide leadership and support to the analyst team
- Effectively work and build relationships with those of diverse backgrounds and organizational levels
- Lead team members by example, offer effective coaching and feedback, and effectively manage performance
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Biological Sciences, Mathematics, Statistics, Analytics, or related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum eight years of related experience with at least three years in analytics
- Experience with standard programming language such as SAS, C, C++, Python, or Java
- Excellent ability to concisely present and explain large amounts of information
- Ability to think analytically with great attention to detail
- Shown ability to follow complex instructions
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Active listening skills and effective communication including an openness to diverse input and feedback
- Knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity, inclusive behaviors, and Affirmative Action plans and their intended use
- Experience with analytics and visualization tools.
