About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Multiply the CEO's leverage by owning the CEO support function end to end.
Remove operational drag so the CEO's time goes to the highest-impact work, and make sure priorities actually get executed across the company.
Recruit and manage the CEO's executive and personal assistant(s).
Build AI infrastructure that gives the CEO leverage: personal agents, workflow automations, and internal tooling.
Take a meaningful share of operational and administrative load off the CEO (inbox triage, scheduling priorities, follow-through) so the CEO can focus on strategy and product.
Make sure no ball is dropped.
Make sure context flows to everyone who needs it.
Run a direct feedback loop, gathering signal from the team, partners, clients, and prospects.
Prepare the CEO for meetings and decisions by gathering context, drafting documents, and pre-thinking options, so time in the room is spent deciding, not catching up.
Step in on bespoke, high-priority projects wherever the company needs extra leverage.

Requirements

What you’ll need

2 to 6 years in a fast-paced operating, strategy, consulting, banking, or analytical role.
Technical background.
English fluency.
AI-native.
Very strong analytical mindset.
Comfort operating in fast-changing, ambiguous contexts.
Clear and crisp async communication.
Hungry, high-energy, and adaptable to a relentless pace.
Low ego.
