About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Multiply the CEO's leverage by owning the CEO support function end to end.
- Remove operational drag so the CEO's time goes to the highest-impact work, and make sure priorities actually get executed across the company.
- Recruit and manage the CEO's executive and personal assistant(s).
- Build AI infrastructure that gives the CEO leverage: personal agents, workflow automations, and internal tooling.
- Take a meaningful share of operational and administrative load off the CEO (inbox triage, scheduling priorities, follow-through) so the CEO can focus on strategy and product.
- Make sure no ball is dropped.
- Make sure context flows to everyone who needs it.
- Run a direct feedback loop, gathering signal from the team, partners, clients, and prospects.
- Prepare the CEO for meetings and decisions by gathering context, drafting documents, and pre-thinking options, so time in the room is spent deciding, not catching up.
- Step in on bespoke, high-priority projects wherever the company needs extra leverage.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2 to 6 years in a fast-paced operating, strategy, consulting, banking, or analytical role.
- Technical background.
- English fluency.
- AI-native.
- Very strong analytical mindset.
- Comfort operating in fast-changing, ambiguous contexts.
- Clear and crisp async communication.
- Hungry, high-energy, and adaptable to a relentless pace.
- Low ego.
