About the role
- Owning the day-to-day administration of Morning Consult's commercial tech stack
- Serving as the first point of contact for business stakeholders requesting changes or improvements to connected systems
- Building and maintaining integrations between commercial tools using Celigo or similar iPaaS platforms
- Supporting Salesforce on an as-needed basis
- Monitoring system health and data quality across connected platforms
- Documenting processes, configurations, and workflows
- Partnering with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps stakeholders to understand pain points and deliver practical solutions
- Performing other tasks and duties as required or assigned
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in a business systems, sales operations, revenue operations, or similar role at a B2B technology or SaaS company
- Hands-on experience administering or configuring commercial tools such as Clari, Gong, ZoomInfo, Salesloft, Outreach, or similar sales engagement and intelligence platforms
- Familiarity with Salesforce as a user or light administrator
- Experience with or strong curiosity about integration platforms (Celigo, Zapier, or similar)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and comfort working directly with non-technical stakeholders
- Highly organized with an ability to manage multiple requests and priorities
- A genuine interest in revenue technology and a desire to grow your depth across the commercial stack.
