About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support paid acquisition and organic growth campaigns for multimedia properties, newsletters, and new launches
- Own the quarterly business review production cycle across franchises, including pulling data, building decks, incorporating leadership feedback, and delivering on quarterly deadlines
- Coordinate with Paid, Lifecycle, Events, and Consumer Revenue stakeholders to gather performance context and keep projects on schedule
- Launch paid acquisition campaigns, test ad creative, monitor spend and key performance metrics, and optimize campaigns
- Track podcast, video, newsletter, and social audience growth through dashboards and reports
- Maintain consistent metrics and definitions as new products and channels are added
- Use data and insights to identify trends and recommend optimization and testing opportunities
- Assist with executing and measuring optimization initiatives
- Report to the Director of Audience Development
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2–4 years of experience in marketing, media, audience development, or a related analytics or operations function
- Experience owning a recurring reporting deliverable in a professional context
- Working knowledge of Google Sheets
- Working knowledge of reporting tools such as Lightdash or similar
- Strong organizational skills to manage daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly deliverables without missing deadlines
- Comfort navigating data resources, interpreting metrics, and identifying important insights
- Proactive communication style with clear status updates and problem escalation
- Curiosity about audience growth and willingness to learn quickly
- Strong written communication skills for assembling decks and coordinating across teams
- Experience running paid acquisition campaigns for podcast or YouTube subscriber growth preferred
