About the role
- Support in coordinating branding and web projects
- Communicate with clients (German and English) via email, Slack and video chat
- Create and maintain project schedules and task boards (ClickUp)
- Coordinate internal teams (design, development, strategy)
- Prepare for and support meetings, and take minutes
- Independently manage smaller subprojects
Requirements
- Fluent German and English (spoken and written) — mandatory
- Experience in project management or working in agencies
- Structured and independent working style
- Professional demeanor and strong communication skills
- Interest in design, brand development and digital products
