About the role
- Branding & brand development – conceptualizing and developing modern brand identities – from the initial concept to the final brand system
- Design of visual concepts, logo systems, color palettes, typography, and brand books
- High-end web design (Figma) – conceptualizing and designing sophisticated, modern websites
- Building well-structured design systems, components, and documentation
- Collaborating closely with our development team (Webflow)
- Strategic creative leadership – advising senior management on brand strategy and design processes
- Active role in design decisions and maintaining quality standards
- Providing professional leadership to the designers in the team
- Creative direction in projects – questioning requirements – strategic alignment – formulating clear rationales – translating vague client input into clear, design-led solutions
Requirements
- Minimum 5–6+ years of experience in branding and web design, ideally with agency projects
- Highly proficient in Figma, structured in systems thinking, strong visual thinker
- A modern portfolio with clear, well-explained projects
- Deep understanding of brand strategy and visual translation
- Ability to justify decisions, guide clients, and lead internally
- Self-organization, a commitment to quality, and a strong sense of responsibility
- C1/C2 English (around 70% of our projects are international)
