About the role
- New client acquisition through cold outreach (cold calling and emailing)
- Qualify incoming inquiries and conduct initial conversations
- Strategically develop our sales approach
- Identify and research relevant decision-makers
- Medium-term: negotiate contracts and close projects/deals
- You will work in direct alignment with the executive team and have genuine scope to shape the role and processes.
Requirements
- Negotiation-level proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken
- Ambition to become one of the leading sales professionals in the DACH region
- Self-motivated, structured working style
- Professionalism in client-facing interactions
- Advantageous: understanding of web design, web development, or branding
- Experience with CRM systems and sales automation tools
