About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide day-to-day investor services to fund managers and fund investors
Act as a primary contact for fund investors
Act as a primary contact for fund managers regarding investor-related information
Coordinate distribution of offering documentation
Provide authorized parties with fund investment documentation
Open new investor accounts in compliance with fund documentation, anti-money laundering requirements, statutory regulations, and company policies
Process investor subscriptions, redemptions, and other transactions
Process cash movements associated with investor activity
Provide investors and nominees with statements, contract notes, and other documentation
Handle and escalate investor and fund manager queries
Maintain complete and organized fund records
Produce management information systems and other internal operational reports
Perform second-level review of activity entered by team members
Train and mentor team members
Ensure team members understand applicable policies, controls, and procedures
Escalate operational issues to line management in a timely manner
Highlight resource constraints to line management
Identify system enhancements
Participate in IT and operational project lifecycle activities
Participate in conversion of records from other administrators

Requirements

What you’ll need

Detailed knowledge of offering documentation for the funds being serviced
Thorough knowledge of regulations pertaining to the domicile of the fund being serviced
Thorough knowledge of internal policies and procedures
Knowledge of anti-money laundering controls
Ability to provide day-to-day investor services to fund managers and investors
Ability to provide oversight and guidance to team members
Ability to train and mentor individual team members
Ability to act as an escalation point for team members
Ability to identify system enhancements that reduce operational risk, create operational efficiency, or improve customer service
Ability to participate in project lifecycle activities including specification, testing, and operational implementation
Ability to participate in conversion of records from other administrators
Ability to comply with client Service Level Agreements
