About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the Investment Strategy team in managing, analyzing, and servicing clients for equity options and derivatives strategies
- Respond to product- and account-specific client inquiries
- Coordinate strategy-information requests from clients, Financial Advisors, and internal partners
- Analyze portfolio exposures, options positions, strategy performance, market developments, and volatility trends
- Gather and analyze data for investment commentary, strategy updates, client communications, presentations, reports, and marketing collateral
- Manage multiple group inboxes, prioritize and address requests, and route them to appropriate team members
- Collaborate with strategists, portfolio managers/traders, technology, operations, distribution, and other internal teams
- Assist with account reconciliation to ensure options trades and strategy activity are accurately reflected in client accounts
- Support client needs and continuously improve processes and client service
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or a related field preferred
- 1+ years of relevant experience in financial services
- Knowledge of options and derivatives strategies preferred
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving, analytical, and quantitative skills
- High attention to detail
- Highly organized with ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to learn additional software platforms
- Interest in responsibly leveraging artificial intelligence and emerging technologies
- Familiarity using Bloomberg Terminal preferred
