Key responsibilities & impact
  • Retain and grow Morgan Stanley’s most valuable clients
  • Build personal connections by understanding clients’ investment needs, goals, and objectives
  • Serve as a trusted resource for high-value E*TRADE clients

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1–2+ years of client service experience within financial services
  • Active Series 7 license
  • Active Series 63 license
  • Thorough understanding of the securities industry, including equity, margin, and option trading
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to work flexible shift assignments
  • Ability to remain calm, professional, and in control in a volatile business environment
  • Dedication to exceeding client expectations
